Tabea works as a Junior Analyst in the Business Development team and is co-responsible for the facilitation and organization of pitch meetings between VC funds and BII’s Planetary Health start-ups. Additionally, she helps the BD team with ad hoc tasks and general administrative support.

She graduated with a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from the Technical University of Berlin and is now working towards her M.Sc. in Biotechnology from DTU, where she focuses on fermentation, food tech, and innovation in the life sciences. Tabea spent time in Osaka and San Francisco during her studies and has previously worked in R&D as well as business development for plant-based foods at Novozymes.
