Peter is our Senior P&O Partner and joined BII’s journey to support the overall employee experience and general HR matters related to culture building, recruitment, and employee development. Peter is a firm believer in a workplace where people are only considered ‘assets’ in accounting books and not in the organizational narrative about them. Instead, he consideers people as meaningful individuals who each possess a drive to find and realize their purpose and meaning.

Peter holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and joined BII with HR experience from COWI and Novo Nordisk.
