Lucas Andrew Bak is the IT Operations Specialist at BII and is responsible for the overall day-to-day IT operation at BII and Bio Studio. In IT Operations, Lucas will work with 1st level support for Bio Studio Users, Conduct IT onboarding sessions, manage hardware stock, improve IT-work flow, and much more.
Lucas has a background in Computer Science and Games Development and, before joining BII as permanent staff, worked as an IT Operations Consultant for NNIT at Novo Holdings, Novo Nordisk Foundation, and by extension also, BII. Before working in IT operations, Lucas worked for 3 years for Apple as a Senior Brand Advocate, bridging the gap between Retail staff and the technical Apple installations, doing maintenance, and teaching courses in equipment and installations.
