Laura is a part of the P&O Team as a P&O Coordinator assisting Peter on the Bio Studio program and is responsible for areas such as coordination, recruitment, and Ad-hoc tasks. Her tasks involve among other things: booking meetings, interview planning, coordination between candidates, HM, P&O, onboarding support, searching candidates on LinkedIn, Talent Pipeline, and in general assisting on P&O projects.

She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Work Life Studies from RUC and is now studying for her Master’s at CBS in Human Resource Management.
