Christian is a Senior Associate at BioInnovation Institute’s business development team, with a special focus on Health Tech. Christian is involved in BII’s venture program’s incubation activities, which range from scouting projects to conducting due diligence and supporting portfolio companies.

As a medical doctor, his background includes specialized training from Herlev Hospital in the Department of Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. He has conducted research in the areas of gene therapy and vaccines. Moreover, he has worked as a medical doctor in primary healthcare and pre-hospital emergency setting. He has enhanced his expertise by completing various academic university courses on AI, thereby also gaining a strong technical perspective on how this technology can generate clinical impact for patients. Previously, Christian was a Junior Analyst at the life science venture capital firm Novo Holdings, Seeds Department and REPAIR Impact Fund.
