Cecilie has previously worked with strategic transformation, which gives her great experience with project management and organizational development. With an educational background in Political Science and an additional degree in Journalistic Communications, she has a strong analytic foundation and is an expert in consensus-building and navigating in a multi-stakeholder landscape.
