We are thrilled to announce that on May 12, the CEO of Leo Pharma, Christophe Bourdon, will give a “Talks at the Square” at BioInnovation Institute.
Christophe was recently appointed the CEO of LEO Pharma and has more than 25 years of experience in the pharma and biotech industry from various countries, including Denmark, US, and Japan. During his talk, he will share his insights on operating a company that makes a positive difference in the lives of both patients and employees. Furthermore, he will provide concrete examples of his critical learnings from steering a company through ups and downs.
Christophe Bourdon will also share his thoughts about successful leadership learned through leadership positions in the pharma and biotech industries on three different continents – and why he perceives listening as one of the most important skills for a leader.

About Christophe Bourdon
On April 1, 2022, Christophe Bourdon joined LEO Pharma as CEO. His previous roles include CEO of Orphazyme A/S, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Oncology Business at the US biotech company Amgen where he also led commercialization planning of top-selling drugs on the global market.
Prior to these positions, Christophe was Senior Vice President of Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada at Alexion as the company launched two breakthrough ultra-orphan drugs.
He holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland and a BA from ISG in France.
