Line works with identifying and developing cutting-edge research with translational commercial potential into Bio Studio projects. She works with applicants through the different project development phases, including proposal, due diligence, and approval.

Line holds an M.Sc. in Medicinal Chemistry from Aarhus University. She conducted her thesis work on neuroscience in the biotech company Neurosearch, followed by work within diabetes and obesity at the NNF Center for Basic Metabolic Research. She holds an industrial Ph.D. in biochemistry and neuroscience from H. Lundbeck A/S and the University of Copenhagen. Line joined BII from the Lundbeck Foundation, where she, for the past 5+ years, managed and developed grant programs and initiatives within biomedical -and neuroscience.
