Aleksandra is a Senior Associate at BII working to create a supportive ecosystem for AI startups, with a strong focus on complex deep tech solutions. She previously built and managed an AI Accelerator Program, supporting early-stage AI startups. Aleksandra has also held roles as a Machine Learning Engineer, IT Project Manager, and Continuous Improvement Manager across a variety of industries, including academia, fintech, and logistics. She has co-authored research on AI applications and taught university courses in AI and entrepreneurship.

Her expertise lies at the intersection of technology, strategy, and venture capital. Aleksandra holds an MSc in Business Informatics focusing on Data Science, having completed part of her studies at Aalborg University. She loves to learn and completed the Venture Finance Program at the University of Oxford last year. Aleksandra is passionate about applying AI strategies to drive operational excellence and empowering founders to build and scale ventures while ensuring the ethical use of technology.
