In his role as an Associate at the BioInnovation Institute, Arnoud brings a combination of industry experience and academic knowledge to his role in identifying and evaluating potential investments. Additionally, he oversees the Venture Lab fellowship program and is one of the primary contact points for portfolio companies as they progress through their fundraising efforts.

Arnoud has previously worked as an Investment Analyst at Inkef Capital (focusing on biotherapeutics and health tech) and as Venture Developer at Merck’s Innovation Center. His previous experiences give him valuable insights into the biotech and pharmaceutical industry and a clear view of what boxes a proposition needs to tick. Arnoud has a background in bio-pharmaceutical sciences (MSc) and business administration (MSc), which allows him to approach due diligence and company evaluations with a well-rounded perspective.
