As an Associate in the Business Development team, Sanne serves as a daily touchpoint for the BII startups. Sanne is involved in our project scouting activities, startup anchoring, due diligence, and KPI reporting. With a soft funding specialist background, she knows what it takes to scope an R&D project and secure funding – from discovery to commercialization. Hence, Sanne is a go-to person for non-dilutive funding strategy, as well as grant application writing and pitch training.

Sanne obtained her Master’s in Human Biology and Ph.D. from the University of Copenhagen; the latter focused on virology and infectious diseases.
