Joana drives our effort to capture the impact we create across our programs and within the organization. She is responsible for impact data processes and collection as well as the preparation of the BII Annual Impact report. She is also involved in Bio Studio Program Projects recruitment processes and drives grant management for Bio Studio Program.

Joana holds a master’s degree in International Public administration & Politics from Roskilde University and has an extensive background in cross-functional coordination.
